The monitoring of the TraceParts CAD-content platform and the TraceParts API is done 24/7 from different locations over the world. You can also follow past and ongoing issues on Twitter.

Service-level agreement (SLA):

The target load time is 2 seconds and the levels below give, in a cumulated time, related to the time frame, when the answer was more slowly.

Uptime above 99.9%

Uptime between 99% and 99.9%: 36 seconds maximum within an hour / 14 minutes maximum within a day

Uptime under 99%: at least 36 seconds within an hour / at least 14 minutes within a day
