Traceparts

The website allowing the validation of your data has changed

The website which allowed you to validate your data before itโ€™s publishing on the TraceParts Publishing Network has been replaced.

The link you used previously is no longer valid and it is now replaced by staging.traceparts.com. To be able to login, you must have been authorized by your TraceParts account manager.

This environment uses the same user account as on TraceParts.com or even TraceParts Analytics.

A private and secured environment

This new environment is only available for authorized users in order to ensure the confidentiality on not-yet validated products.

If several people in your company must validate data, it is highly recommended that you request several accesses and donโ€™t share a common TraceParts account.

Depending on the account, a user will see the current public content on TraceParts.com as well as the content to validate which is associated to him/her, and only this associated content.

A user cannot find the non-public products from another catalog if he/she has not been authorized by TraceParts.

A data validation in real conditions

Your data, which can be new or updated, is visible with the data already public. This feature allows you to validate the result as it will be seen by the visitors of the TraceParts.com platform.

All the features being available, you can test the display of your products compared to other products of all public catalogs.

Thanks to the โ€œProducts to be validatedโ€, you can find your non-public products, with one click, and whatever the context: in your catalog or in the default classification.

One single access

The access to this environment is through this unique link: staging.traceparts.com. Whatever the number of your catalogs available on TraceParts.com, they will be all visible on this URL. If you want a shortcut to directly access your catalog, your contact at TraceParts will provide it.

Once you are connected on TraceParts.com, the menu related to your profile offers you the shortcuts to the TraceParts applications your account gives you access to, including this data validation environment.
