13th TraceParts Christmas Tree Construction Competition: The winners have been announced

Just in time for the Christmas season, we have announced our Christmas tree construction competition on December 2. 

The participants of the competition were invited to design a 3D Christmas tree with the CAD or image processing software of their choice. They had to use a large number of standard and purchased parts available for free via our CAD-content platform from over 800 manufacturer-certified component catalogs. 

From all entries, the three most creative trees were awarded prizes by a jury. We are overwhelmed by the incredible creativity of the participating TraceParts users, and warmly congratulate the winners and wish them lots of fun with the prizes. 

The winner will receive a “DJI Mavic Mini Drone”, the runner-ups a “Makeblock Robot Kit” and the 3^rd winner the retro console “C64 Mini”.   

We would also like to thank all the other participants for their entries and the time they invested in the contest. Hopefully you will participate in next year´s TraceParts design competition!
