What made you decide to look into Online Marketing Services?

Our organization has used several 3rd party marketing services for quite some time. We find it advantageous to partner with organizations that have robust databases in our specific verticals to help reach a new audience.

What objectives do you want to achieve with your marketing projects?

Our goal is to grow our database in specific verticals, with high-quality leads. From these leads, we hope to develop opportunities for our fully integrated Metal AM solution.

What finally made you choose TraceParts? Which factor swung the balance?

We were unaware of TraceParts until Formnext 2022. They approached our CMO at our booth and explained the platform and value prop. We then had a call with the team who were great and eager to help. It was not a pushy sales call, which I hate. It was very collaborative. We always start with a small campaign to help assess the value to our pipeline. After meeting at Formnext and the initial call with the team, we were keen to start with a lead gen campaign.

Could you quickly describe the projects you have worked on with us and the timeframe involved?

At this time, we have done a small banner placement to see if it would be viable to our funnel, and we have engaged in a lead generation program. Our campaign has been active for only a few months, and we are currently about halfway through our first campaign.

How would you rate the quality of the services provided by TraceParts?

The services are excellent. The team is incredibly responsive, and if there is a small update or change to the HTML, they have been able to make them, which has saved our team some work. Leads are provided very quickly following email sends, and communication with the team is fantastic.

What kind of results have you obtained on your projects with TraceParts?

So far, we have generated about 250 net new leads. Our organization can have a very long sales cycle, so there are not yet any sales opportunities. We also measure the influence of current opportunities as one of our main KPIs. Since these are almost all new leads, we have not yet had an influence. However, we are very happy with the quality of leads coming in and hope we can nurture some of them into opportunities.

Would you recommend TraceParts and our services to other companies?

Yes. TraceParts has been a great partner so far. They are very responsive and helpful. For the lead generation program specifically, it is good per/lead value, and the fact that the leads are guaranteed is a great plus.
